When Adam started at B3 Gym, his main goal was to take control of his health.

Our plan was simple, but it wasn't always easy. Adam and his wife work out with a trainer at B3 Gym for 30-minutes 3 x week. Outside of gym training sessions, Adam also started walking more regularly, which has recently progressed into running.
He and his wife work together to plan out their meals over the weekend and prep the essentials so they're ready for the week. They eat tons of veggies and lean proteins, but still enjoy going out to eat every now and then.
